Start your Recovery - Call us nowRehab Admissions Process
At Ocean Recovery we have a five step rehab admissions process which ensures that private residential treatment is right for you. An Admissions Coordinator will answer your initial enquiry free of charge and with no obligations. Our aim is to ensure that you are well informed and will receive the best care available.
The five steps of our admissions process is outlined below:
Your Initial Enquiry
Our admissions team are on hand 24/7 to answer and of your queries or handle your enquiries. Typically clients call us on our phone at 01253 847 553, or alternatively you can fill out the contact form or email us at info@oceanrecoverycentre.com.
Pre-Admission Screening
To make sure that we understand your personal needs and your addiction, one of our Admissions Coordinators will complete a pre-admission screening. This will include questions about your personal circumstances, your physical and mental health, and your addiction problem. This will enable our team to work out the best course of action to take with your treatment programme.
Treatment Deposit
As residential rehab clinics are more in demand than they have ever been before, a deposit will be necessary in order to book your programme and bedroom. We accept multiple forms of payment, including Debit and Credit Card, electronic bank transfer, or cash. We unfortunately do not accept cheques for deposits.
Your Admission Day
Once you have completed the pre-admission screening and provided us with your treatment deposit, you will then be given an induction which will show you our centre and the treatment that is offered. You will also be asked to sign a treatment contract and other documentation so that we can look after you as safely as possible. We will then prepare you for the treatment assessment with our specialist Doctor.
Clinical and Recovery Plan Assessment
Once you are settled and ready to begin treatment at our centre, you will then have an appointment with our specialist Doctor who will go over your health problems and your previous medical history, as well as your addiction. You will then be prescribed a treatment plan that best suits your detoxification and rehabilitation needs.
